Shipping and Delivery Policy

At oetstudy.com, all our products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved. This policy outlines how we deliver your online course and provide necessary access information.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:
A confirmation email with course access details and/or a Google Meet link (if the course is live).
A WhatsApp reminder (if you have provided your phone number in the form).
Delivery is typically completed within 15-30 minutes after purchase, and no later than 24 hours.
2. Google Meet Access
For live classes, the Google Meet link will be:
Sent to your registered email.
Shared via WhatsApp as a reminder, 1 hour before the session begins (if opted in).
You are responsible for ensuring your email address and WhatsApp number are entered correctly in the registration form.
3. WhatsApp Notification Consent
By submitting your phone number in the form, you agree to receive course reminders and updates via WhatsApp.
We respect your privacy and do not share your contact information with third parties.
4. Missed Sessions
If you miss a scheduled live session, a recording (if applicable) may be shared at the discretion of the instructor.
No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
